Some of my favorites are the CCB Goat Burger, Mom’s Chicken Salad Sliders, and the Bier Buns (a “delicious” potato roll filled with browned goat, cabbage, and cheese, with the option to add a fried egg), I haven’t had the opportunity to eat at Cibolo Creek Brewing Company in a few years, and just thinking about the food now makes me wish that I could park on a stool at the bar, order whatever dark beer they have available and sample at least one, but probably each of my three favorites.
